Mentoring

Are facing too many barriers to cope with? Do you need to review your priorities and change your style of leadership? Are you in need of changing your area of work?

Mentoring sessions can provide a sounding board for you to explore your options and clarify the ways forward. It involves a series of one-to-one sessions, usually held off site, giving you time to work through current issues and challenges, with support from an experienced former senior manager.
Mentoring can mean key staff in your organisation get on-going and challenging support from a matched senior member of our organisation.   Our approach to mentoring is not just providing a few one off sessions but building a relationship of both challenge and support, including follow up phone calls, development work and advice as needed.
