Steve Skinner
Steve Skinner was formerly a policy manager in Bradford Council and a regional manager for the Community Development Foundation. He has over thirty years experience, having worked as a consultant in the voluntary sector, a project manager in higher education, an administrator in the arts and started three businesses. Steve is a well known author in the field of training and organisational change and has written a number of useful publications. He is:
- a qualified trainer also with an MA in Social and Community Work and a Diploma in Managing in the Community
- a former Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
- an Associate of Koreo, London
- author of Building Strong Communities published by Palgrave Macmillan
- a former consultant for the Local Government Information Unit
