Mentoring & Coaching

Mentoring and/or coaching sessions can provide a sounding board for you to explore your options and clarify the ways forward. It involves a series of one-to-one sessions, usually held off site, giving you time to work through current issues and challenges.
Coaching is a process of helping you clarify challenges and explore options and actions for the ways forward.
Mentoring uses coaching methods but includes the mentor offering their own guidance, drawing on their knowledge and experience.

Steve Skinner has been a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, an Associate of PB Coaching, Leeds and currently Koreo, London, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to many staff in voluntary and public services. Other associates bring expertise in mentoring and coaching from a variety of backgrounds and fields.
